BIBS - Try-It Collection - Pacifier Sample Kit

Not sure which BIBS pacifier is right for your baby? The BIBS Try-it Collection makes it easy to explore different pacifier styles and find the shape and material your baby prefers.

The collection includes four popular BIBS designs with a variety of nipple shapes and materials, giving you the opportunity to try different options.

Pacifier Care

For hygiene and safety, BIBS recommends replacing pacifiers every 4–6 weeks.

Before first use:

1. Place the pacifiers in a clean bowl.
2. Pour boiling water over them.
3. Let them soak for approximately 5 minutes.
4. Remove and allow them to cool and dry completely.

Important: Do not boil or cook the pacifiers, as the high heat can damage them.

How Often Should You Clean Them?

• 0–3 months: Sterilize the pacifier whenever it has been dropped and at least once daily.
• 3+ months: Rinse the pacifier once daily and rinse it under cold running water if it has been dropped.

Natural rubber nipples may expand slightly with use.

Safety

• Always inspect the pacifier carefully before each use, especially once your baby has teeth.
• Gently pull the nipple in different directions and discard immediately if you notice any damage or weakness.
• Only use dedicated pacifier holders tested to EN 12586.
• Never attach ribbons, cords or other strings to a pacifier, as they can pose a strangulation hazard.
• Keep pacifiers away from direct sunlight.
• If water collects inside the nipple after sterilizing, gently squeeze it out once the nipple has cooled, then allow it to dry completely.
