Abena Premium Maternity Pads, 15 pads

The ABENA maternity pad is part of the Premium range of anatomically shaped pads, specially designed for the postnatal period, heavy postnatal flow and occasional mild to moderate incontinence. They feature Top-Dry technology, which offers optimum comfort and protects the skin by keeping it dry. Anatomically shaped and fully breathable, they fit perfectly and feature anti-leak barriers for enhanced protection, as well as an odour control system. Dermatologically certified, it bears the Nordic Swan Ecolabel and is made from FSC-certified materials.

Composition

Absorbent core with Top-Dry technology (capacity 825 ml) and super-absorbent polymer. Breathable, anatomically shaped product with leak-proof barriers and odour control. Dermatologically certified. Certifications: CE (medical device), Nordic Swan Ecolabel and FSC Mix.

Directions for use

Secure the pad to your underwear using the adhesive strip. Suitable for postnatal use and occasional mild to moderate incontinence. Change as often as necessary to keep the skin dry. Keep out of reach of children.

Pharmacist’s advice

After giving birth, the skin in the intimate area is particularly sensitive: it is advisable to choose breathable, fragrance-free and highly absorbent pads to prevent dampness and maceration. Change them frequently during the first few weeks and combine them with a gentle intimate hygiene product with a pH-balanced formula.
